Woot Computers products are covered by a limited warranty for a one year period. The hardware sub-components of the products may have additional warranties available through the manufacturer. Details of such coverage are available through the manufacturer. Third party products such as audio hardware and software are not covered under this warranty.

Woot Computers warrants to the original purchaser that any hardware system will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty period. Any hardware system, when delivered, will perform to the standards specified by Woot Computers. Woot Computers will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware system or sub-level component provided that the customer pay in-bound freight. Woot Computers shall not be held responsible or liable for improper packing of items shipped to us from the customer. Customer agrees that the sole responsibility of Woot Computers is that it will provide services to correct errors which significantly affect performance in accordance with Woot Computers' current specifications for a period of one year from the date of delivery at no cost to the customer.

This warranty requires that the customer notify Woot Computers in writing of any defects which occur within one year from date of delivery. Any corrections, alterations to or new versions of the hardware that Woot Computers may deliver to the customer under this warranty shall be limited to one copy of such hardware and documentation delivered to the customer. The warranty shall not cover any damage caused during shipment and any damage caused by: impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling.

Woot Computers makes no other warranties other than the warranties set forth herein. Woot Computers's sole liability, under this warranty, for failure to repair or replace the hardware system after a reasonable number of attempts is limited to replacement or, at Woot Computers' sole discretion, refund of the original purchase price.
