What this entails:

You will receive lifetime support on your Woot Computer as long as you are the original owner. |

You can contact us for support during our normal business hours via telephone or email.

Often we can resolve the issue quicker and more efficiently by connecting to your computer |

remotely. Please contact us to arrange such a remote session. You will be asked to bring your computer online and visit www.fastsupport.com. There you will be asked to enter your name and support key which will be provided to you by a Woot Technician. |

Support for 3rd party audio hardware and software is provided as long as the issue is directly |

related to the Woot Computer. For example, if you are having issues with Pro Tools we will gladly help you track down the issue and come up with a solution. However, if the issue comes from a bug within Pro Tools itself a solution will have to be found by directly contacting DigiDesign, the makers of Pro Tools. |
